What's that you say?

Ya, I am a four weeker. I haven't posted for four weeks. But in my world, if I miss something I just move on. So I am moving on. You see, I haven't been very photogenic lately....I am a leper, and I haven't wanted to talk about anything because I haven't jumped at the idea of being a leper and talking about it, but I think I have come to terms, and I am okay with it, maybe because I found a temp cure, meaning I don't know if it will work forever but it is working for now.
Christmas went well, that's all you really need to know... like I said, I'm moving on from the past.

This is what my students got me............perfume, Lightning McQueen, Kleenex, socks, gift cards, and presents galore.
Christmas Eve, I spent with Brad's family...we spent it shopping, visiting the PIE in Salt Lake, and visiting Temple Square.
Here we are, eating away at the PIE.

And for our long Martin Luther weekend we decided to travel with friends to Vegas....we saw this show.
Actually we just saw our husbands....and that was close enough to what we would have gotten at Chippendales anyway.
We visited the most famous Pawn Stars store....no they were not there.

But we were.
We ate at the Rio buffet...more than any of us could handle.
But this was my favorite plate, out of the six plates I got.
 Brad still hasn't eaten since.
And there is my fifteen second catch up.

Oh yes, my short term remedy for my spots.
Tanning.
It helps them and it makes me tan. Great combo.

Withdrawals

Sometimes after my birthday I have withdrawals...I wanna go back to the day all about me. It's natural right? I hope so. I had the best birthday from eating four donuts from Krispy Kremes. To hitting range balls in 100 degree weather, to eating at Cafe Paesan and Brad having all my family there waiting for me to surprise me. It was the best surprise. I love their food too. So it was a great birthday. Then we came to my house after and Chelsea had done all my dishes and made me cupcakes that read Happy Birthday Brittany!

So things continued to get better. But now you are wondering what Brad got me...right?

Well lately I always say, I want Krispy Kremes. Let's go. And it is usually 11 PM and Brad is like...you are crazy.

So he got me those..

Such a good surprise. I still haven't eaten the Happy B-day one he made someone write on there.

Well if you are aware I love baths. I love everything about them. I love soaking in there for over an hour. I love reading in there. I love running the water while I am hunched around it splashing it on myself. I love pouring in Epsom Salts to relax my sore muscles. I love it. And at my last apartment I didn't have a bathtub. So anytime I would go anywhere I would ask to get in their tub (if I was staying the night at my sisters or something). So if I love baths, you know my grandma gave me a bath pillow one year. Its pink and blow up and it suctions to the bathtub. And you know I have a bathrobe. But it was thin old and yucky. So Brad got one that is so lush for my birthday. It actually was expensive too, you know you just don't spend money on bathrobes, unless your wife is obsessed with bath related items.
So it is towel on the inside (HUGE PLUS) and cloth soft soft soft on the outside, and it even has these cute borders.
Around the sleeves and pockets. So Brad told me to check the pockets. There was a Ross Gift Card in one, and there was supposed to be an Old Navy one in the other, but since I told him I was going to Gap, he went to Old Navy and I decided to go to Old Navy too, and we ran into each other there and he got mad at me for ruining his other pocket surprise.
Then he said, check the inside pocket. Who knew this robe had an inside pocket.
And inside it were...
Jack Johnson tickets.

I love that man. And I love his songs. And so does Brad. Last year for my birthday Brad wrote me a wonderful song and sang it to me, but...sadly he didn't do that this year :(. But this was a concert full of songs. And we are going this next Friday.

My birthday was a hit, and I was so glad I got to share it with friends and family.

Strange things are happenin to me...

So so so so so so so sosososooooo much has happened.

If you didn't know, I am working at BYU info for my last weeks. And in order to do that I had to take one class I needed to graduate, so in order to get a grant to pay for school I had to take full credits. So I am taking golf, basketball, marriage class, and STATS.

That's right Stats.

So tomorrow is finals. And I haven't studied one bit. But how could I, it was a beautiful day until it started storming like crazy right when I got to work.
Today was reading day. And I did everything but... I started tutoring these two boys, so cute and so smart. So thats what I did today, then Brad got home and we fell asleep till four! Then I went grocery shopping since I hadn't gone in two weeks. Gross I know, I was resorting to eating oatmeal for every meal, but hey it was fun to see how long we could eat canned foods with no milk or bread.
Oh the bottom of my backbone just popped. I love it when that happens. Feels like my tail bone popped.
So, my friend Chelsea graduated from NURSING SCHOOL! Yahoo for Chels! She is Brad's sister PS.
I captured some real dandys of her.

I captured a dandy of him too.
Did you know Brad has freckles on his lips? He does. I hope none of you knew that, that would mean you were too close to him. I am the only one who gets to be that close.

Wow it really is pouring right now.
So she did it, if you need a nurse, she is it. She passed all her tests and we are so proud of her.
And then we went to my friend Abbey's reception.
She was beautiful. And in the background is a groomsmen cake of a rock climbing wall. Adorable.
My dear friend Gen has a cute boy. I took a glamor shot of them in front of the sunset and golf course.

Then we had a wedding. Oh how we love weddings. Brad has participated in three since he met me. Ours, Brooke's, and now Landon's!
Halle. She loves yellow, sidewalks and long walks on beaches.
Holy Smokeronies!!! All my nieces except my sister Faith on the very far left. Faith could never be left out!
Maddie holding Gemma (my newest niece and Summer's first baby), Remi, Molly, Sophie, Halle and screaming Ashtyn!

Oh did you want to see the Bride and Groom?? Oh okay fine.
Tiera's dress was beautiful as was she. Landon you looked okay your self.
Look Sally, my shirt looks white here!! I look like a stoned drug head.
Brad and I make such an adorable, lovely, stunning, eternal couple. And do you know what?
We are married a year on the 27th! Of June! I'll talk about that later gator.
So above we have the bride and groom and all my sisters. And my creme shirt. Boy did I get in trouble for my cream shirt. And below we have just all my sisters!
Did a gross color blind person wrap Brad's bday presents!!!!! Yes yes she did! I did!!! In the morning of Brad's birthday. Because if I would have unhid them before his birthday he would have had all of them guessed in the beginning!
I made him open them right when he woke up, because lucky me..I had to go to a Stats review.
This was his moving face when he saw my main present to him.
An Ipod touch!
He obviously was surprised.
And his got stolen..so he loves his new touch. Especially when I told him two days after he got it that it had wifi. He had no idea of its capabilities.
I made him an ice cream cake. Yep thats the cake in all its ugliness.
But it was super good. It had mint ice cream with chocolate cream cheese frosting and a crunchy layer in the middle of it consisting of chocolate syrup and oreos!

Our backyard is full of possibilities. That's Zane Curtis in the grass coffin. Ya, you wouldn't know it but he is the mayor's son.
We made mini pizzas and then cooked them. My favorite pizza is cheese and onions. Yummers.
I missed half of Brad's friends. But these are the true friends, the ones that stay the longest. Jk, Luke and Aj didn't have a ride :) But any girls that see this photo and want to hook up with Luke (far right) and Aj Second from the left. Give me a holler. Oh and Kevin, he isn't available. He is married.

So, that's my strange things are happening to me post.

Hope you love it, and can feel the love from Brad and I to you!
Cheers!

Present

So due to errors, go to the bottom of the blog to do this:
Click on the pages to turn them. Sorry too small to read.....

And to see the wedding present book.

This is my wedding present to Brad.

I gave it to him yesterday.

Or more like he saw a package by the door. Opened it..then realized it was a book but it had a picture of me and him on it. So he was scared that he did something wrong. He texted me this.

"Something bad happened when I got home."

So when I read that. I freak out.

Freak out like, Oh great he dumped the garbage all over the kitchen and didnt have time to clean it up so he left it, and I will have to clean it up.

Or freak out like, oh great his old girlfriend showed up on his doorstep and he had to let her in and in the process of letting her in she set fire to our apartment.

But I guess I freak out too much.

And I ALWAYS think the worst.

Because something bad happened...really means...I opened something.

I jump to conclusions, like a cat pouncing on a moving ball of yarn thinking it is a mouse.

I'm hectic in my head.

But it all worked out. No garbage all over my house, no burned down house from broken hearted Lucy lovin Brad.

All he did was open it, and feel bad, and get all scared and try to think of solutions.

He told me his solutions were....

to lie and shove it back in the box, then act surprised.

to pretend he didn't open it, someone else must have.

to burn it and pretend like it didn't come at all.

to pour laundry detergent all over the box and say that it was wet so he had to open it.

But instead he told me what he did.

Which was fine.

I knew it would come and he may be the first one there and open it.

But he loved it.

No he adored it.

Don't worry if you didn't get your husband a book like this for his wedding, or don't worry if you don't have a husband, you are still awesome. I just like doing things like this, and may or may not 'look' for opportunities to do things like this.

Maybe I'm abnormal.

Regardless, I made him this book.

History of the Book:
61 days before we got married I thought of this idea. I wish I would have started it way before, but alas I did not think of it so I had to deal with 61 days.

Every day before we got married I wrote something. About our day, what we did, how I was feeling, what I was wearing, what I had to do that day, my fears, my joys, my everything. But the great thing is...I wrote them all to Brad.

So it said Dear Brad:
Blah blah blah.

I think my favorite is when I would write something to help me remember what I did that day so I could go back later and write what I did.

So I wrote 61 days before we got married. Each day saying 54 days left!! Then the date.

Then my day. Or whatever I felt like typing.

I keep getting new pieces of gum. On my third in 20 minutes.

Its a disorder I have.

Gumidious.

Back to the book.

Brad loved it. He didn't quite make it through, because I type too much.

But he did read the last part where I wrote about our wedding day...

I have it listed on private on bookemon.com, but if you are desperate to read it let me know.

But that has to mean that you are just crazy because its all gushy and lovey dovey.

But if you like that stuff.

Some days its not though. Some days it wasn't happy lovey dovey.

Maybe that is what you want.

Either way, I created this flip book for you to look through.

I highly recommend the site.

So beautiful.

The book was hard cover, so easy to do whatever I wanted to it, and they charge by page, not by pictures, or anything else. So it was brilliant.

I will use this site again when I need to make a book for my students or something.

I loved it!

And the best part is, its online always, so if I lose my book, or if I ruin it. I can just order another one.

Its better than any other website I have used.

Enough advertising for bookemon.

They should pay me.

Or give me books free for the rest of my life.

You can click on the little booky above and see our book.

Anyway.

I love it.

Its like a journal in a different form.

I also am tackling school, two jobs and husband.

Just be aware, that I do not really cook that much.

Unless I go crazy and cook a million things in one night.

Then I feel refreshed and I made up for my lack of cooking.

All my sentences keep getting longer and longer by the minute.

Creating a perfect stair on my blog, just what I need to be cool.

K I am done creating the stair. Back to cooking.

And life.

One good thing about school and working so much, is that when I get home at 10 at night....I love seeing Mr. Clark.

We get all exciting and I jump hug him.

Jump hug is you know when you hug then jump up.

You can only do it once you are married......cuz its provocative.

But I did it before we were married.

Whoops.

Mah. Mah. Mah. Mah.

Santa was good to us this year. Even though the onset of this new depression has caused him to lose a little weight. And shrink. He still gave our family lots of presents thank you Ian, I mean Santee Claus.

I guess maybe my writing/ blog posting has ceased for a few reasons.
#1 I am going to school and my classes are like kinda hard.
Note: not like they are hard, thats such a general boring statement. Its just now that I am in my 2nd semester of my major..they actually talk about what the reading is. They actually make you write papers on what you read. So you actually have to read. So I spend hours reading chapters, analyzing them by writing a paper, and then discussing them in class and trying to apply them to how I will be a better teacher. Now, I am never going to remember all of this junk for when I am a teacher, but!! I am going to save my books so I can use them as resources when I am a teacher. yes I have gotten to the point where I cant sell back my six trillion dollar books. Yes, its a marker in my life. One of those markers that are neon colored and bend and crack due to cars hitting them. Or like Brad..he knocks over cones. Different story. Sometimes I don't even think people read this, its probably better that way. I probably give out wayyyyyy too much information about myself, my family and other junk. Did you know people who speak spanish can't pronounce my name very well? It either sounds like this Br (rolled r) BreeeeeeetAnnie. Or like this Burnee. Yep, thats how they say it. When I tell them my name if I pronouce it with a spanish accent then it will sound like BreeeeetANNIE. But if I just say, Brittany like any English speaker would do, then they think my name is Burnee. I know in their heads they are thinking...wow a burt and ernie combo. Sweet. Burnee's parents liked sesame street. Awesome, she probably has a rubber duckie.

Tangent.

So I am going home today for Sally's SENIOR NIGHT!! Wahoooooooozzzoo. Taking my friend Brad with us. He is a good friend. Last night he put my bookcase together, something LANDON my other good friend/brother kept promising me he would do but just never did. Its like that one show. I cant even remember which one and its bugging me. I just called my mom. My mom said its Petticoat Junction. The lady is always naggin on uncle joe to do stuff and he says he will get around to it. Landon. JK. Haha. Good thing he doesnt read this. But we are going home, and its Brooke's Bday tommorow, and I hope I don't fall asleep when driving home.

So I think I'll finish Christmas for those lost souls whom I havent posted about yet. I know it may bore some of you, but just take a quick nap or something while scrolling to through the end. Maybe I'll have a surprise for you. Oh baby oh baby. Be prepared.
Landon got a new shirt..and other stuff. I got him a chess set from Peru. Which I hackled the lady down 3 soles, which I kinda felt bad about later...they have nothing..and I'm asking them to lower the price what would be a dollar to me and like 20 dollars to them. Im dumb.
Amanda got some cowgirl boots!! Wahoo for cowgirls. She also got a lot of stuff for her baby. I can't wait till I'm a mom and people get me stuff for my birthday for my kids. Is that how it is? Ya probably. Oh Ps She is due today. Pretty sure She isn't having it today though. I'll keep you posted.
Tanner. HE is married to amanda, and when she saw that he got her a camera she jumped him with lots of kisses. Sweet Love. I felt outta place. I wanted someone to just jump on me and kiss me to feel like I fit in.
I made Brooke this journal..she loved it of course. She still hasn't really written in it I dont think. Its okay...I know black is your favorite color..not red. I should have made it black and leather...not paper and red. My bad. Oh and she got some other nice things too. Maybe she will post about that next year in May by the time she catches up to Christmas...right now she is posting on her blog about July...HA! Ya she's behind.
Aaron..he got tons of great presents..including this car. Which all my little brothers got too.

So Christmas was awesome as you can see.

Mama got lots of presents. Summer and I got her this tree that hangs down picture frames and she is going to put all her grandkids on it. not the actual child but a FOTO of the child. Duh. So I bought that for her in like sept and put it in my trunk and forgot about it. So then I was like, shoot face I need a present for my mama, so I went and bought her another one, but thats okay. It all worked out okay in the end.
So my dad got this jacket, he loved it of course.
So my parentals make me. Sometimes thats wierd to think about. Combine Brian with Darla's genes and you get Brittany, and 15 others. Wow. Crazy how different we all look and act and are.
So Im glad Christmas was so bountiful this year. Bountious? Whatever.
Im glad Santa spent so much effort and he told me he loves coming to our house. It weighs the load off of his sleigh immensely. He was telling me this right when I snapped the picture.

Santa left pretty worn out. I think he dropped a few more pounds in the process. Ya he probably did, seeings how I ate ALL the cookies. They were so good though. Pretty sure Summer made them for santa. Suga cookies. Man.

OKay for the surprise of the century.
This guy here with me in the picture. He likes me. And I like him. And we date. Thats just a surprise. That I finally came around to posting on my blog.

He speaks Spanish. And he likes Sensuous Sandwich. Pretty much thats all you need to know in order to deem him as quality material.

Deepest apologies to all my stalkers who are in love with me, but struggle to find the courage to do more than look on my blog. Only do you have to realize that I am already dating someone.

JK. Pretty sure nobody looks at my blog except Friends and family. But that would be way sweet if I had this dashing stalker who was dashing but too scared to talk to me. Keep dreaming.

Bye.
