Still..

Some updates.
1. Still in school. Believe it or not. Haven't dropped out yet.

2. Still in love with his face. (Brad Clark)

3. Still wishing I was here. (Standrod)
4. Still waiting to see this little gem. In Maryland. (Madelyn Grace Skinner, Niece)

5. Still trying to shoot like this. (Sally Hansen THE BALLER)

6. Still hoping to hug her. (Summer Robinson-sister)

7. Still begging to be photogenic like Molly. (Molly Skinner-location, Maryland, niece)

8. Still trying not to just give up. (Brad Clark)

9. Still dreaming I could float into a room that was covered with lilies on the wall, with vines reaching up as if they desired to overtake the ceiling and create their own paradise. After I float into this room all of my stresses would disapate and then I would fall asleep for ten days. :) (a picture of a lily which I love)

10. Still dying to hold these three. (Triplets in El Paso)

So I'm Still here. But Do not fret about my #8, I wont give up. I can't because if I give up what will I do then...nothing? Ha! No I won't give up.

Oh and if you don't look at my f-book. My sister in law Amanda had her baby.

Mah. Mah. Mah. Mah.

Santa was good to us this year. Even though the onset of this new depression has caused him to lose a little weight. And shrink. He still gave our family lots of presents thank you Ian, I mean Santee Claus.

I guess maybe my writing/ blog posting has ceased for a few reasons.
#1 I am going to school and my classes are like kinda hard.
Note: not like they are hard, thats such a general boring statement. Its just now that I am in my 2nd semester of my major..they actually talk about what the reading is. They actually make you write papers on what you read. So you actually have to read. So I spend hours reading chapters, analyzing them by writing a paper, and then discussing them in class and trying to apply them to how I will be a better teacher. Now, I am never going to remember all of this junk for when I am a teacher, but!! I am going to save my books so I can use them as resources when I am a teacher. yes I have gotten to the point where I cant sell back my six trillion dollar books. Yes, its a marker in my life. One of those markers that are neon colored and bend and crack due to cars hitting them. Or like Brad..he knocks over cones. Different story. Sometimes I don't even think people read this, its probably better that way. I probably give out wayyyyyy too much information about myself, my family and other junk. Did you know people who speak spanish can't pronounce my name very well? It either sounds like this Br (rolled r) BreeeeeeetAnnie. Or like this Burnee. Yep, thats how they say it. When I tell them my name if I pronouce it with a spanish accent then it will sound like BreeeeetANNIE. But if I just say, Brittany like any English speaker would do, then they think my name is Burnee. I know in their heads they are thinking...wow a burt and ernie combo. Sweet. Burnee's parents liked sesame street. Awesome, she probably has a rubber duckie.

Tangent.

So I am going home today for Sally's SENIOR NIGHT!! Wahoooooooozzzoo. Taking my friend Brad with us. He is a good friend. Last night he put my bookcase together, something LANDON my other good friend/brother kept promising me he would do but just never did. Its like that one show. I cant even remember which one and its bugging me. I just called my mom. My mom said its Petticoat Junction. The lady is always naggin on uncle joe to do stuff and he says he will get around to it. Landon. JK. Haha. Good thing he doesnt read this. But we are going home, and its Brooke's Bday tommorow, and I hope I don't fall asleep when driving home.

So I think I'll finish Christmas for those lost souls whom I havent posted about yet. I know it may bore some of you, but just take a quick nap or something while scrolling to through the end. Maybe I'll have a surprise for you. Oh baby oh baby. Be prepared.
Landon got a new shirt..and other stuff. I got him a chess set from Peru. Which I hackled the lady down 3 soles, which I kinda felt bad about later...they have nothing..and I'm asking them to lower the price what would be a dollar to me and like 20 dollars to them. Im dumb.
Amanda got some cowgirl boots!! Wahoo for cowgirls. She also got a lot of stuff for her baby. I can't wait till I'm a mom and people get me stuff for my birthday for my kids. Is that how it is? Ya probably. Oh Ps She is due today. Pretty sure She isn't having it today though. I'll keep you posted.
Tanner. HE is married to amanda, and when she saw that he got her a camera she jumped him with lots of kisses. Sweet Love. I felt outta place. I wanted someone to just jump on me and kiss me to feel like I fit in.
I made Brooke this journal..she loved it of course. She still hasn't really written in it I dont think. Its okay...I know black is your favorite color..not red. I should have made it black and leather...not paper and red. My bad. Oh and she got some other nice things too. Maybe she will post about that next year in May by the time she catches up to Christmas...right now she is posting on her blog about July...HA! Ya she's behind.
Aaron..he got tons of great presents..including this car. Which all my little brothers got too.

So Christmas was awesome as you can see.

Mama got lots of presents. Summer and I got her this tree that hangs down picture frames and she is going to put all her grandkids on it. not the actual child but a FOTO of the child. Duh. So I bought that for her in like sept and put it in my trunk and forgot about it. So then I was like, shoot face I need a present for my mama, so I went and bought her another one, but thats okay. It all worked out okay in the end.
So my dad got this jacket, he loved it of course.
So my parentals make me. Sometimes thats wierd to think about. Combine Brian with Darla's genes and you get Brittany, and 15 others. Wow. Crazy how different we all look and act and are.
So Im glad Christmas was so bountiful this year. Bountious? Whatever.
Im glad Santa spent so much effort and he told me he loves coming to our house. It weighs the load off of his sleigh immensely. He was telling me this right when I snapped the picture.

Santa left pretty worn out. I think he dropped a few more pounds in the process. Ya he probably did, seeings how I ate ALL the cookies. They were so good though. Pretty sure Summer made them for santa. Suga cookies. Man.

OKay for the surprise of the century.
This guy here with me in the picture. He likes me. And I like him. And we date. Thats just a surprise. That I finally came around to posting on my blog.

He speaks Spanish. And he likes Sensuous Sandwich. Pretty much thats all you need to know in order to deem him as quality material.

Deepest apologies to all my stalkers who are in love with me, but struggle to find the courage to do more than look on my blog. Only do you have to realize that I am already dating someone.

JK. Pretty sure nobody looks at my blog except Friends and family. But that would be way sweet if I had this dashing stalker who was dashing but too scared to talk to me. Keep dreaming.

Bye.

My Christmas

IM NEXT!! So since I am myself I will post my Christmas in my own post! Wow Im lucky. So since I looked wretched on Christmas morning, I cut out my face in all the pictures.
Here I recieved a willow tree girl with birds on her arms. Yes to demonstrate the free side of me. I cut out my face.
Okay here it is with my face. I didnt cut out my face in all the pictures. I dont care if you see me...oh well.
A lot of my presents were for me, or I guess of me, but they stay at home. Like this one...it is all my pictures in a lovely circle from kindergarten to my senior year of high school. Every one in our family gets one when they graduate. I graduated 2 1/2 years ago. Its okay, my mom has a right to be slow. Oh and 90% of our Christmas pictures have somebody walking in front, with a leg or a body mass...or something. BUt this frame will stay at home and hang in my room most likely.
Okay, so Landon decided I was his favorite sister so he got me what I had asked my mom for LAST YEAR. A digital picture frame, that stores 2000 pictures. Ya its sweet. I can actually tell you that this one is now displayed on my desk, continually filtering through all my pictures.
Here is another stay at home picture. Well remember this?? click here if you dont remember my prom picture post So I got those pictures taken because my mom always has pictures taken of girls as juniors or seniors in their prom dresses then blows up a picture and hangs it in the hall. So thats what I got for Christmas, 2 1/2 years late. But I loved it.
Here is the annual sit on the stairs with all your presents pictures. I got mostly socks and clothes. Somebody ate my candy bars in my stocking. THat angered me.

Amanda 20 (tanner's spouse)
Tanner 24
Aaron SECRET!!! (Brooke's 'friend')
Brooke 28
Mama Young
Papa Super Young

WHO WERE WE MISSING!!!???

Sibling Age Spouse Children
Tosha 27 Lance Remi, Child in womb
Hannah 26 Jeremy Maddie, Molly, Child in womb
Summer 23 AJ Child in womb

Now the statistics are over and we can get to the real meat of this post, I hope you understand what our Christmas may consist of. No you never will, unless you come.

So some more basic facts. We open presents in order from youngest to oldest. Always. We all have a red santa bag in which presents are placed inside and not wrapped. We all end up having wrapped presents too under the tree (as the ones in the bag are from santa and mom).
FAITH OPENS

Brooke was helping Faith, and she saw that Brooke had pulled out clothes, and man she was strippin her christmas jammies off like real fast.
After the pants, she had to get on her skirt. These boots were my gift to her. Gap, adorable. I had a disclaimer attached to them though. When Faith grows out of them. They come back to me, for my Girls.
She pretty much just got clothes, and she was the happiest baby in the world. Except she ate so much candy, it was disgusting.

Okay, now Im just posting one picture for each child. Not more.
Okay I lie.
LAD OPENS
Matthew Lad. He is known as Lad in our home.
Of course he got his own bike, he's four. Four year olds NEED their own bike in order to be normal.

IAN OPENS
Hans Ian, known as Ian in our home.

Of course he got the batman mobile. Bat car? I cant remember what its called. But its pretty sweet. He hasn't even seen Batman (my mom wont allow him to) But I tell him all about it. And I showed him You tube videos of when the car turns into the bike. He liked it. Loved it. Memorized it.

Sorry if you are already bored, I have a ways to go, and sorry if you want me to tell you everything that everyone got...I cant do that. Because I have no idea. My eyes started glazing over after shad. THe only thing that kept me going was the hope that soon it would be my turn.

AMMON OPENS
He was interested in the bag full of stuff.
He mainly just liked unwrapping, he would unwrap a present vigorously, then toss it aside and grab the next present to unwrap it.

CHANDLER OPENS

I believe this was Chandler's coolest present, besides the hat I got him from Peru.

THE HIDDEN PRESENT

YES ITS TRUE! There was a hidden present in the corner with a blanket over it. Obviously it was drums from Brooke, inspired by Aaron Im assumming.
MY pictures are terrible, I was too lazy to stand up be focused about this. I was too excited for Christmas.

Clearly this is the coolest drumset a kid could ever have, its not even one of those cheap kid ones either. ITs a cheap big kids one!!

Ammon really liked it. He was fascinated by the drums at all the football games my dad said. Maybe he will be an autistic genius on the drums? And make us all so rich. No that would be selfish of us...but it would be sweet.

ETHAN OPENS

To the right of the picture are butt sleds. You put them under your bum and hold onto the handle, very efficient, very small. I think Tanner said some potty humor here, thats why Ethan is laughing.
Now I believe this was his favorite present and all he wanted for Christmas, so I tried to be Santa and bought the NBA LIVE 2009. Due to Ammon shoving the 2008 in the Wii and ruining it..or something like that..powdered sugar involved? I cant remember. I asked Ethan what the difference between 2008 and 2009 was. He said, "The guys look different than each other and just arent all the same face." Well there you go. Its better.
Now Ethan must love Raman Noodles, because my grandma got him this and she said, "He always comes to my house just to eat these, then leaves, so at least now when he comes he can bring his own Raman."

ECHO OPENS
I made this journal for her. I think she loved it.
She makes the beanie from Peru look good? Ya?
SHAD OPENS
I may have posted more of shad opening but I have only one. I may have drooped into a state of unconsiousness (not a real word, but is a Brittany word) at this point. Sorry ShadRack. He does look good in the beanie I got from Peru.
SALLY OPENS
I made this journal for her, you know she loved it.
I made this basketball for her. It took a lot of work, but it was worth it. No, jk I didnt.

Now you have seen the first half of our opening ceremony. Do you feel enriched? Well please be patient for these!
BRITTANY OPENS
LANDON OPENS
AMANDA OPENS
TANNER OPENS
BROOKE OPENS
AARON OPENS
MOM OPENS
DAD OPENS

Um...also this first opening bit, it took us an hour and a half. Or more. Please tell me your Christmas experience of seeing what people got lasts for more than three hours. Ours does, except after Sally everyone left and nobody cared about the rest of the people. Well maybe the people, just not the present ceremony.
